While working in-house on the Global Marketing at WE Communications, I was tasked with refreshing the look and feel of two of their employee resource groups. WE partners with organizations that support equality and opportunity for all including ColorComm and The LaGrant Foundation. WE has earned a 100-point score in the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index (HRC CEI), a measurement of how equitably large private businesses in the U.S. treat LGBTQ employees. WE wanted assets and an updated look and feel to make these resource groups more engaging and appealing to their employee base.

WE Pride is a group for LGBTQ+ and their allies, WE Prism is for persons of color and their allies. Both groups committed to diversity & inclusion and bringing speakers, networking events and educational opportunities to those interested in diversity & inclusion.
